Gets the stream source frequency divider value.
Syntax

UINT StreamNumber, UINT* pDivider );
Parameters
- StreamNumber
 - [in] Stream source number.
 - pDivider
 - [out] Returns the frequency divider value.
 
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK.If the method fails, the return value can be D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
Remarks
Vertex shaders can now be invoked more than once per vertex. See Vertex Stream Frequency.
