ID3DXEffectCompiler::GetDesc Method

Gets the effect description.

Syntax

    D3DXEFFECT_DESC* pDesc
);

Parameters

pDesc

[out] Returns a description of the effect. See D3DXEFFECT_DESC.

Return Value

If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK.

If the method fails, the return value can be D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.
