| Microsoft DirectX 9.0 |
Five default tuning spaces are provided in Microsoft Windows XP. The same tuning spaces are also provided with DirectX 9.0. These tuning spaces are persisted in the registry with the properties shown in the following tables. Use the SystemTuningSpaces object to access or modify these tuning spaces, or to add a new tuning space.
Analog tuning spaces have a network type of GUID_NULL, because analog TV graphs do not use a Network Provider filter. Also, analog tuning spaces do not use locators. The default country/region code in these tuning spaces is for the region that includes Canada, the United States, and parts of the Caribbean. The country/region code in the tuning space must correspond to the region setting in the host system. See Frequency Tables for a list of country/region codes.
