The SetCutPoint2 method sets the cut point. If you render a transition as a cut, the cut point is the time when the transition cuts from one source to the next. By default, the cut point is the middle of the transition. For example, in a transition that spans two seconds, the default cut point is one second into the transition.

Cut point relative to the start of the transition, in seconds.
If the method fails, an error is raised.
