The StartTime property sets the start time for the recording.

Parameters
This property takes no parameters.
Error Codes
If the property fails, an error is raised and Err.Number is set to a value other than zero.
Return Values
Returns the start time, in hundredths of seconds.
Remarks
This property is read/write.
