The RecordingStarted property indicates whether the recording has started.

Parameters
This property takes no parameters.
Error Codes
If the property fails, an error is raised and Err.Number is set to a value other than zero.
Return Values
Returns True if the recording has started, or False otherwise.

This property is read-only.
