The SetStreamActiveState method activates or inactivates an input stream.
Syntax

BOOL fActive
);
Parameters
fActive
[in] Specifies the state of the stream. TRUE means active; FALSE means inactive.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
