The SetAllParameters method sets the parametric equalizer parameters of a buffer.

Parameters
pcDsFxParamEq
Address of a DSFXParamEq structure that specifies the effect parameters.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, the return value is DS_OK or S_FALSE. See the Remarks for DSFXParamEq.
If the method fails, the return value may be DSERR_INVALIDPARAM.
