The SetAllParameters method sets the flange parameters of a buffer.

Parameters
pcDsFxFlanger
Address of a DSFXFlanger structure that specifies the effect parameters.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, the return value is DS_OK.
If the method fails, the return value may be DSERR_INVALIDPARAM.
