The GetAllParameters method retrieves the echo parameters of a buffer.

Parameters
pDsFxEcho
Address of a DSFXEcho structure that receives the effect parameters.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, the return value is DS_OK.
If the method fails, the return value may be DSERR_INVALIDPARAM.
