The put_MediaFormatType method sets the DirectShow media format type.

BSTR MediaFormatType
);
Parameters
MediaFormatType
[in] BSTR that specifies the GUID.
Return Values
Returns S_OK if successful. If the method fails, error information can be retrieved using the standard COM IErrorInfo interface.
