Pixel-shader input register containing a constant. Constant registers hold constant values that are used by the shader. Constant values are set by the application.
Constant Float Register

- def is a declarator.
- c is a constant register and # is the register number.
- float1, float2, float3, and float4 are floating-point numbers.
- There are 32 pixel-shader vertex constant registers: c0 to c31.
- For version 2.0, each instruction can read a maximum of one constant register. The only exception is the sincos instruction, which reads two constant registers.
