Keys, or sets the track speed. This is a speed modifier that adjusts the rate of play of the track.

- [in] New speed of the track.
- [in] Global time key. Specifies the global time that the change will take place.
- [in] Transition time, which specifies how long the smooth transition will take to complete.
- [in] Specifies the transition type between tracks. For more information, see D3DXTRANSITIONTYPE.
If the method succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK.
If the method fails, the return value can be one of the following values.
D3DERR_INVALIDCALL The method call is invalid. For example, a method's parameter may have an invalid value. E_OUTOFMEMORY Microsoft?Direct3D?could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call.
